TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to deliver excellent customer service, manage work orders, and drive sales on the shop floor. You will process OTC transactions, coordinate part sourcing, and ensure safety and cleanliness across service areas.

The role requires strong communication, cashier experience, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. A valid driver’s license is needed to operate in this environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Professional presentation to customers, management, and coworkers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Properly write up ETA Work Orders; Secure Purchase Orders; Prepare and communicate quotes.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; Understand various payment types.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and restrooms.
• Ensure the safety of customers and team members.
