Job summary

TravelCenters of America seeks a Truck Service Advisor to write work orders, process OTC transactions, and coordinate parts delivery. You will quote customers, secure POs, and ensure clean, safe service counters for travelers. Strong communication and sales skills are required, along with flexible hours and a valid driver’s license.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional presentation, and a customer-first mindset in a high-volume environment across our 280+ locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; repair/parts shop experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process (pay out) Work Orders and OTC transactions; prepare ETA Work Order and secure Purchase Orders.
• Prepare and communicate quotes to customers; source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, showroom, and restrooms; ensure safety of customers and staff.
