Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Write, detail and process work orders and OTC transactions; secure purchase orders and quotes.
• Provide customers with explanations of vehicle issues and needed repairs to ensure safe road return.
• Regularly communicate with drivers/companies by phone to secure payments or resolve vehicle issues.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and understand various payment types.
