Qualifications

• At least three years of diesel technician experience or related certification and education.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide day-to-day direction to diesel technicians.
• Mentor technicians and assist with challenging diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform truck repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Help coordinate workflow and ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Promote quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive shop.
• Ensure company safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, managers, and customers.
• Maintain dependable and regular attendance.
