Job summary

Kenworth Sales Company is seeking a Service Advisor in Post Falls, ID to manage repair orders and support the Service Manager with department records. The shift runs 10:30am–7:00pm, with hourly pay between $22.00 and $26.00 depending on experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating customer contact, preparing estimates, tracking repairs, and ensuring accurate invoicing. Applicants must have a high school diploma and strong customer service skills.

• Working knowledge of heavy truck repair methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all customer contact with the Service Department, including repair estimates and service appointments.
• Generate and maintain all work orders and repair orders, guiding customers to needed services.
• Monitor progress of repairs and update customers on changes in cost or completion time.
• Calculate labor charges on repair orders and reconcile with the final invoice.
• Promote labor, parts and accessories sales during customer contact.
