• Master the art of inventory rotation and consolidation, diligently following First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedures to maintain freshness and quality.
• Conduct precise daily counts of select inventory items, ensuring accuracy is paramount.
• Lead the charge on accurate end-of-month inventory counts.

Seamless Truck Operations:

• Become the guardian of our deliveries, meticulously checking incoming truck orders for accuracy and swiftly resolving any discrepancies.
• Take ownership of the entire truck ordering process, ensuring we have everything we need to delight our guests.

General Restaurant Operations:

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our storage areas, creating an efficient and welcoming environment.
• Lend a helping hand with various tasks around the restaurant as needed, demonstrating your commitment to the team.

Successful completion of food safety training is a must – ensuring the well-being of our guests is our top priority!
