Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring a Truck Team Member to organize goods and supplies for quick access to meet customer needs. You will support the team by unloading pallets, maintaining inventory, and ensuring product rotation in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and strong communication. Shifts run early morning (5:00am–9:00am) and may include additional duties as assigned by leadership.

At Chick-fil-A our Truck Team Member is in charge of organizing all of our goods and supplies. Their commitment to organization of goods provides our teammembers with quick and easy access to what is needed to give the best experience to our customers. They will ensure what is needed each day is available on-hand.

This person is open to change, open to communication and directions from leadership; they should be someone who is consistent, reliable, detail-oriented and cares about providing for others.

Availability: Monday - Saturday 5:00am - 9:00am.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with unloading pallets of dry stock and fridge and freezer items
• Organize supplies and maintain inventory
• Ensure product rotation and lean stock
• Communicate shortages to leadership
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Available for shifts from 5:30am-9am (minimum)
• No specific education requirements
• High attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong communication skills
• Prior truck ordering experience is a plus
• Comfortable working with technology
