About the role

We’re looking for a reliable Truck Loader to join our team based out of Canning Vale on our Day Shift, 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday – Thursday, and 6:00am – 12:00pm on Fridays. This is a casual position, working full-time hours, with the opportunity for overtime and the possibility of becoming permanent.

Responsibilities

1. Safely handle manual loading and unloading of glass products within the Despatch areas.
2. Maintain a safe work area and ensure correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn.
3. Perform daily housekeeping of trucks and work areas.
4. Check, measure, inspect, and confirm the correct glass type as per specifications.
5. Ensure quality checks are completed on all products and report any quality issues, such as marks or scratches.
6. Assist other team members with loading duties as required.

What are we looking for?

1. Experience in a Warehouse or Factory environment, lifting and moving heavy and fragile materials.
2. The ability to lift (15-20kg) and move glass safely throughout the factory.
3. Adaptability and solution-focused mindset, always striving to improve.

5. Attention to detail and practical knowledge of safe work practices.
