Job Summary: Handle incoming and outgoing passenger baggage and address related concerns promptly.

Job Duties:

• Assist passengers with baggage pickup, loading, unloading, and resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items
• Sort and distribute incoming bags using conveyances
• Scan, tag, and load bags correctly
• Handle bags with TSA and other relevant authorities
• Maintain safety procedures and equipment
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on skills and experience

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Ability to obtain necessary airport or customs credentials

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and carry over 70 lbs, push, pull, walk, stand, reach, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, climb, and crawl regularly

Working Conditions:

• Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime may be required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
