Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist, and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO, and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team. Our business is growing, and we are seeking a StorekeeperI. This position is located in Okmulgee, Oklahoma and the schedule is 1stShift, Monday– Friday.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $19.63-$25.17per hour with occasional overtime available.

Our facility is located at 1204 W. 20th St., Okmulgee, OK 74447.

This offer includes a one-time signing bonus of $1,000, which will be grossed-up to cover the tax withholdings. The first half will be paid after your 90th day, and the second half after you have successfully completed your probationary period of 180 days. If you voluntarily resign from the company before completing one year of employment, you will be required to reimburse the company within 30 days of your resignation.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Stocking inventory from receiversStock internally produced partsFilling parts shortages and line stock inventory (parts needed for assembly)Pull work orders for assembly and machine shopPicking parts using a voice automated systemPulling spare parts and building kits to be shippedEmpty chip hoppers and move material using liftPerforming daily inventory cycle countsPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED requiredAbility to follow all written and verbal work instruction, operations and proceduresBasic computer skills required for production management systemMust be able to operate a Reach Lift Truck efficiently and safelyMust be able to operate RF ScannersExperience in performing daily inventory cycle counts

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Must have good hand eye coordination and hand dexterity.Must be physically able to use hand tools and power tools frequently.Must be able to frequently reach with hands and arms.Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for 8 to10 hours per day.Must be able to frequently bend and squat.Must be able to lift 50 pounds.Must be able to apply 65 pounds of push/pull force.Must be comfortable with frequent exposure to greases, oils, solvents, and surface coatings.Must be capable of safely working with and around heavy machinery and equipment.Must be able to see clearly and follow written instructions.Must be able to communicate clearly.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Arrowhead Winch is a manufacturer of industrial winches. Employee is working around heavy machinery. Employees must be able to operate safely in a busy industrial environment. Additional physical requirements include standing, walking, bending 90% of the time. Ability to squat, kneel on both knees, bend forward at the waist and hold hands above head.
