Arrowhead Winch is seeking skilled individuals for its Technical Assembly Team in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. You will assemble or fabricate winches, hoists, and drives using blueprints and precise torque with hand and pneumatic tools, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking talented individuals to join our Technical Assembly Team in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Our work environments are clean, climate controlled and safe. Arrowhead Winch is a manufacturer of industrial winches. Employee is working around heavy machinery. Employees must be able to operate safely in a busy industrial environment. Additional physical requirements include standing, walking, bending 90% of the time. Ability to squat, kneel on both knees, bend forward at the waist, and hold hands above head.
