Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking talented individuals to join our Technical Assembly Team in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Our work environments are clean, climate controlled and safe. Arrowhead Winch does require applicants to complete a background check, drug test, and pre-employment physical as a condition of employment. Technical Assembly Position Objective
  • Assemble or fabricate mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of a production line in a manufacturing organization. Responsible for using blueprints to assemble winches, hoists, and drives.
Technical Assembly Essential Functions / Responsibilities
  • Use automatic lift and overhead cranes to move and position materialDetermine appropriate parts to use to build productUse blueprints to assemble winches, hoists, and drives including hydraulic, power take off (PTO), and pneumatic driven.Operate test stand to ensure finished product functions as intendedTroubleshoot failures on test stand, document, and rectifyDaily visual inspections of area safety equipmentParticipate in improvements to enhance productivity and product qualityMust actively demonstrate good housekeeping practicesTrain and coach new employees as requiredPerforms other duties as assigned
Technical Assembly Qualifications

Technical Assembly Skills
  • Must be capable of operating hand and pneumatic tools to ensure proper torque and assembly installations to meet engineering and production requirements.Must be capable of reading and understanding blueprints, and follow written instruction as required. Superb work organizational skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Must have good hand eye coordination and hand dexterity.
  • Must be physically able to use hand tools and power tools frequently.
  • Must be able to frequently reach with hands and arms.
  • Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for 8 to10 hours per day.
  • Must be able to frequently bend and squat.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to apply 65 pounds of push/pull force.
  • Must be comfortable with frequent exposure to greases, oils, solvents, and surface coatings.
  • Must be capable of safely working with and around heavy machinery and equipment.
  • Must be able to see clearly and follow written instructions.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly.
Work Environment

Arrowhead Winch is a manufacturer of industrial winches. Employee is working around heavy machinery. Employees must be able to operate safely in a busy industrial environment. Additional physical requirements include standing, walking, bending 90% of the time. Ability to squat, kneel on both knees, bend forward at the waist, and hold hands above head. Must be able to wear PPE, personal protective equipment required to move throughout the shop. This position requires mobility around heavy machinery, forklifts, and loud noise.
