Arrowhead Winch, Broken Arrow, OK, is seeking a General Accounting Manager to oversee all close processes, reporting, and controls. The role partners with operations and finance leadership to improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The candidate will manage budgeting and forecasting, coordinate with auditors, and lead a team to ensure timely, accurate financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.

This is a fully on-site office-based position, not hybrid or remote.

This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and will provide the ideal candidate with the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to work in a fast-paced environment and involves close interaction with various departments within the company and personnel throughout the Controllers' organization. The General Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to financial budgeting and forecasting. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, and year-end preparation.
