Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment, located in De Pere, WI, is seeking a Truck Equipment Installer for 1st shift. The role involves inspecting, repairing, servicing, and assembling light to heavy-duty trucks, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.

The position requires GED/HS diploma or experience, ability to read and perform basic math, and familiarity with cranes, hoists, power tools, and machinery. Welding, hydraulic, and electrical skills are a plus.

Qualifications

  • GED/High School Diploma or Experience.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend and have basic math knowledge.
  • Ability to use Crane and hoists.
  • Ability to use power tools and machinery.
  • Auto Mechanical Experience (Preferred).
  • Welding, Hydraulic and Electrical Experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Build and assemble various truck components to specification per customer requirements.
  • Install and/or maintain all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on assigned projects and builds.
  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks in order to build, modify, and follow specifications.
  • Maintain shop equipment for safe use in operation.
  • Complete repairs and replace malfunctioning parts to return working operation of truck components.

Position
