Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking Class A truck drivers with at least 3 months of OTR or regional experience. You will enjoy weekly home time, reliable miles, and strong benefits. Drivers unload 100% touch freight, deliver to multiple states, and have 5 days out with 2 days home for family time.

A clean MVR and successful DOT drug screen are required. Operate in the West Memphis AR area with routes to TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL. Load: 3 loads per week, 3 stops on average.

Qualifications

• 3+ months OTR or Regional experience required.
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and background checks required.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (urine and hair follicle).
• No major violations in past 3–5 years as specified.
• No DUI in a CMV ever; no more than 2 DUIs lifetime; ensure within past 5 years for recent DUIs.

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation; communicate with dispatch and driver managers.

Home Weekly

5 out and 2 days home with your family, (Operating Area: West Memphis AR delivering to TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL)

driver unloads freight using roller conveyors.

Load: 3 loads per week and 3 stops average. (100% touch freight).

Duties:

• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation and Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).
• No more 3 in the last 3 years.
• No Careless/Negligent Driving Violations, in past 3 years.
• No Reckless Driving Violations, in past 5 years.
• No major preventable accidents in a CMV in the the past 5 years.
• Personal vehicle or company vehicle count.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 3 years.
• Drivers termed from their last 2 Driving jobs (Class A or B) will not qualify.
• Class A Felony, Must be 10 years old from the date of arrest/conviction and be reviewed.
• Class B or C, Must be outside 7 years from the conviction date.
• No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever.
• No more than 2 DUI's in a lifetime.
• No DUI's within the past 5 years.
