Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking Class A truck drivers to join our team in the Southwest region. You’ll enjoy weekly home time, reliable miles, and strong benefits as you run OTR/Regional routes delivering to AZ, UT and southern CA.

Qualified drivers have at least 3 months OTR/Regional experience, a valid CDL A, a clean MVR, and can pass a DOT drug screen. Home weekly schedule is Tue/Wed or Wed/Thu with family time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months OTR or Regional experience.
• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean MVR and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen.

Experience Drivers:

Must have a minimum of 3 months O.T.R or Regional experience.

Pay:

$1400 to $1600 per week.

Home Weekly

5 out and 2 days home with your family., Tues/Wed or Wed/Thurs. (Operating Area: delivering to AZ, UT and some southern CA).

Duties:

• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation and Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).

Moving Violation:

• No more 3 in the last 3 years.
• No Careless/Negligent Driving Violations, in past 3 years.
• No Reckless Driving Violations, in past 5 years.

Terminations:

• Drivers termed from their last 2 Driving jobs (Class A or B) will not qualify.

Felonies and Misdemeanors:

• Class A Felony, Must be 10 years old from the date of arrest/conviction and be reviewed.
• Class B or C, Must be outside 7 years from the conviction date.

DUI/DWI:

• No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever.
• No more than 2 DUI's in a lifetime.
• No DUI's within the past 5 years.
