Job summary

Continental Expedited Services in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Truck Driver Recruiter to build strong relationships with Company Drivers, Lease Purchase Drivers and Owner Operators. • 2+ years of recruiting experience in trucking, transportation, logistics or a similar high-volume hiring environment.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA requirements and commercial-driver recruiting processes.
• Strong communication, organization, relationship-building and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities at the same time.
• Experience with recruiting and driver management systems such as AvatarFleet, HireRight, BambooHR, Samsara, Sylectus, or similar.
• Experience with social media recruiting or driver lead-generation campaigns is a plus.
• Comfort working across teams and HRIS systems to maintain accurate records.
• A service-minded, improvement-oriented approach to helping drivers make informed career decisions.
