One LLC is seeking a remote Truck Driver Recruiter to independently identify and connect CDL-A owner-operators with our owner-operator program. You will generate leads via social media, referrals, trucking groups, advertisements, and personal connections, then refer qualified candidates to the hiring team for verification and onboarding.

This is a contract, results-based role with uncapped commissions. Pay is issued after the recruited owner-operator completes three weeks of work, with earnings

Formación

• Must own or provide their own truck and have 1+ year verifiable commercial driving experience.
• No DUI history and no disqualifying accidents or major traffic violations.

One LLC is offering a remote, independent recruiting opportunity focused on connecting CDL-A owner-operators with the company’s owner-operator program. As a Truck Driver Recruiter, you will generate leads, reach out to qualified drivers, and refer them to the hiring team, with commission paid after the referred owner-operator completes the first 3 weeks of work.

This is a contract role with a results-based earnings structure. The schedule is described as flexible, and recruiters are not limited by a commission cap.

Role summary

• Independently find and contact owner-operators interested in joining One LLC.

• Bring qualified owner-operators; One LLC handles hiring process, qualification review, and onboarding.

Information you will collect from candidates

• Owner-operator’s full name

Commission structure

• $1,000 for each owner-operator with their own truck and one driver.
• $1,750 for each team owner-operator with their own truck and two drivers.
• Payment is issued after the recruited owner-operator completes 3 weeks of work with the company.

Estimated earnings examples (successful placements that complete the 3-week period)

• Recruit 1 Solo Owner-Operator per week: $1,000 per week (=$4,000 in 4 weeks)
• Recruit 3 Solo Owner-Operators per week: $3,000 per week (=$12,000 in 4 weeks)
• Recruit 5 Solo Owner-Operators per week: $5,000 per week (=$20,000 in 4 weeks)
• Recruit 3 Team Owner-Operators per week: $5,250 per week (=$21,000 in 4 weeks)
• Recruit 5 Team Owner-Operators per week: $8,750 per week (=$35,000 in 4 weeks)
• No commission cap. Earnings depend on results and payment timing.

Requirements

• Independently find and generate leads.

Owner-operator program highlights (provided to referred candidates)

• Dispatch fee option: Owner-operator retains 88% of gross revenue with a 12% dispatch fee and a $650 weekly fee covering trailer, administration, insurance-related services (cargo and trailer liability), and ELD.
• Worry-free package option: Owner-operator retains 80% of gross revenue with a 20% company fee; package inclusions and applicable terms explained during onboarding.
• $0.20 per gallon fuel discount at designated fuel stations.
• Dedicated routes available; OTR opportunities available nationwide.
• Home-daily opportunities in select markets including Knoxville, TN; Dallas, TX; and Detroit, MI.
• Flexible OTR schedules (stay out for 1 week, 2 weeks, or longer based on preference and available freight) and no forced extended OTR schedule.
• 1099 independent contractor arrangements.
• Light freight targeted loads of no more than 25,000 lbs and no-touch freight.
• Multiple operating options based on driver preference and route availability.
