Responsibilities include finding owner-operators, generating leads through social media and referrals, collecting applicant details, and coordinating with the hiring team.

Qualifications

• Must own or provide your own truck.
• At least 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience.
• No DUI history and no major violations.
• Ability to generate leads and contact owner-operators independently.

Responsibilities

• Independently find and contact owner-operators.
• Generate leads through social media, referrals, trucking groups, advertisements, and personal connections.
• Explain the owner-operator opportunities, compensation options, routes, and requirements.
• Collect and submit candidate information, including: Full name, Phone number, Email address, Truck registration documents, Number of drivers (solo or team), Preferred routes and home-time schedule.
• Refer qualified candidates to the hiring team for verification, onboarding, and approval.
• Bring qualified owner-operators to the company.
