Job summary

One LLC is hiring independent CDL-A owner-operator recruiters for a remote, commission-based contract role. You will independently locate owner-operators, generate leads, and discuss opportunities including compensation options and routes. Expect 1099 contractor status with earnings tied to placements and no cap on commissions.

Location is remote in the United States; pay starts at $5,000 per week with flexible scheduling and performance-based growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must own or provide your own truck.
• At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• No DUI history.
• No disqualifying accidents or major traffic violations.
• Must meet company safety, insurance, and qualification requirements.
• Solo and team owner-operators welcome.
• Your own phone.
• Ability to communicate with owner-operators.
• Ability to find and generate leads independently.
• Basic understanding of trucking and owner-operator recruitment.
• Motivation to earn based on results.

Responsibilities

• Independently find and contact owner-operators interested in joining One LLC.
• Generate your own leads using lawful recruiting channels such as social media, referrals, trucking groups, advertisements, and personal connections.
• Discuss owner-operator opportunities, including compensation options, routes, and qualification requirements.
• Collect and submit candidate information, including: owner-operator’s full name, phone number, email address, truck registration documents, number of drivers, preferred routes and home-time schedule.
• Refer qualified candidates to the hiring team for verification, onboarding, and approval.
