You will source candidates, conduct phone screenings, guide applicants through the referral and placement process, and maintain tracking of applications and status while building relationships to maximize placements.

We are seeking a motivated independent recruiter to source and place qualified CDL-A drivers. This is a remote 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-only compensation based on successful placements.

Responsibilities

Requirements
