Deliver SOLO/Team to Lake Tahoe, Carson City, and surrounding areas with local home daily routes. This role emphasizes safety, DOT compliance, and professional conduct while supporting a nationwide network of maintenance and logistics professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Must have verifiable driving experience in like equipment (straight truck/box).
• Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification for last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Hourly Pay: $25.00 Per Hour
• Hours Per Week: 40 - 50 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday – Friday NO WEEKENDS
• Start Time: 8:00 AM

Deliver SOLO/TeamTo: Lake Tahoe, Carson City, and Surrounding areas

Route: Local Home Daily

Tractor Type: Straight Truck 26'

Equipment: Electric Pallet Jack and Lift Gate

Freight:Tailgate Deliveries – Doors and Windows

Freight: Touch – Cable Equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Must have verifiable driving experience (*must be in like equipment if position being applied for is operating a straight truck or box truck):
• 6 Months experience in the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

This position does not require the operation of CDL-regulated equipment. However, candidates who possess a valid Commercial Drivers License will be subject to FMCSA requirements, including but not limited to, pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse query.

Responsibilities

• This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a vehicle within and requires compliance with safety regulations, continuous training and customer service.
• Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
• Maintaining accurate records Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Other tasks as assigned
