We have an opening for a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver at Ryder in Philadelphia, PA. We will buy your truck! If you're transitioning from Owner Operator to Company Driver, we can facilitate the switch.

Drivers earn an average of $1900+ per week, with top drivers making $100k+ annually. Benefits include weekly pay, hourly rate of $27.00 plus bonuses, overtime pay, per diem, paid travel, sign-on bonuses, and annual tenure bonuses. Schedule is Monday to Friday with flexibility required.

Trucks are newer, and drivers service the route, not the truck. Maintenance is handled 24/7 by Ryder technicians. Deliver solo in VA, MD, DE, PA, NJ, NYC, and DC. Equipment includes day cabs, sleepers, and various trailer types. Hazmat, tanker, and doubles/triples endorsements are required, along with experience in load securement.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check
• Pass DOT physical and road test
• Have Class A CDL with endorsements
• Experience: 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in past 5 years, or 5 years in past 10 years
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret regulations
