Ryder is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Indianapolis, IN, offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about.

Deliver SOLO to IN, OH, KY, TN and IL (250 mile radius) with local home daily routes, day cab tractors, and no-touch freight. Enjoy sign-on, shutdown and safety bonuses, 36 months newer trucks, PTO from day 1, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months within past 3 years or 2 years within last 5 years or 5 years within last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards; maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in loading/unloading if required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Shutdown Bonus:Pays You $2000 Within First Year
• Sign On Bonus:Pays you $1000 at 30 days and $1000 at 90 days
• Safety Bonus: Pays you $250 Per Quarter If Applicable
• Schedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday
• Start Time: Based on bids; AM or PM Flexibility
