Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Stoneham, MA is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for local shuttle runs between Ryder facilities. Enjoy no touch freight, a safety‑first team, and generous benefits with modern equipment.

This full‑time role offers weekly pay, a 3:00PM–11:30PM start, home daily, and benefits from day one, including PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Pass a Ryder drug test and motor vehicle records check for the last 3 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.
• Minimum 9 months experience in the past 3 years, or 2 years in last 5 years, or 5 years in last 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies and/or procedures.

Responsabilités

• Safely drive a commercial vehicle and comply with safety and DOT regulations.
• Perform shuttle movements between Ryder facilities with no touch freight.
• Maintain accurate records and logs and follow company policies.
• Adhere to start time and schedule, ensuring on-time delivery and customer service.

Immediate opening for a Class A CDL Truck Driver and we want the right Trucker to join us at Ryder in Stoneham, MA. • Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Hourly Pay: $28.00 Per Hour
• Home Time: Local - Home Daily
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Start Time: 3:00PM-11:30PM

All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician plus Service Employees fuel up our trucks at all 800+ Maintenance Facilities

• Route: Shuttle Equipment between Ryder Customer Facilities
• Freight:No Touch - Empty Trailers for Equipment Shuttle Transfer Movement

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

Responsibilities

• This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a commercial vehicle and requires compliance with safety & DOT Regulations, continuous training and customer service

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
