Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Braintree, MA with weekly pay, strong benefits, and a stable driving career. Local home-daily routes, Day Cab tractors, and dry van trailers are provided to keep you moving.

Starting pay is $36.00 per hour, with 50+ hours per week and a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 total ($1,500 at 30 days and $1,500 at 90 days). Benefits begin after 30 days, PTO accrues from day one, and a 401(k) with company match is available after one year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test

Responsibilities

• Deliver local pallets to MA, ME, RI, NH on a local home-daily route
• Operate Day Cab tractor with dry van trailers (28’, 48’, 53’)
• Maintain safety and compliance while driving a well-maintained Ryder truck

• Hourly Pay: $36.00 Per Hour
• Hours Per Week: 50 + hours per week
• Sign On Bonus:Pays you $1500 at 30 days and $1500 at 90 days
• Schedule: Weekends During Peak; 2 Consecutive days off weekly
• Start Time: 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM
