Job summary

NFI is seeking dedicated drivers for their dry van fleet to haul retail freight on consistent routes. Drivers will enjoy day-one benefits such as health coverage, a robust 401(k) plan, and performance-driven bonuses, including a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant tractor-trailer experience.
• Acceptable references from past employers.

• Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
• Follow all federal, state, and customer laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Physically capable of performing all job duties.
• Report all equipment problems, accidents, traffic violations, and damage.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle.

Pay & Incentives

• Average Pay: $1,600–$1,700 per week

Driver Responsibilities

• Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
• Follow all federal, state, and customer laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Physically capable of performing all job duties, including moving frequently, standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 lbs as needed.
• Report all equipment problems, accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during, and after each route.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
• Perform routes, pickups & deliveries based on customer requirements.
