Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Tampa, FL is hiring a Full Time Regular Warehouse/Delivery Driver for ARC-TAMPA. You will deliver merchandise to stores and customers and perform daily vehicle inspections to maintain safety and efficiency.

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required, with about one year of experience driving a heavy-duty truck or large van. A valid State Driver's License and a DOT Medical Card are required; CDL is desired but not necessary.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience driving heavy-duty trucks or large vans.
• Knowledge of state/federal driving regulations.

Job Location: ARC-TAMPA ARC WAREHOUSE - Tampa, FL 33613, Position Type: Full Time Regular, Education Level: High School Diploma/GED, Salary Range: $18.50 Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Store, Responsible for being knowledgeable of the geographical area assigned and operates the vehicle within state/federal statutes and/or guidelines. Read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public. Deliver merchandise to stores and deliver sold merchandise to customers. Perform special pickups and deliveries, pick up vehicles at the garage, and other similar activities. Clean and secure the vehicle and equipment; conduct daily inspections of the vehicle's oil, water, tires, and other items of the vehicle to maintain good operating condition. Load store deliveries and sold merchandise on trucks in the most organized manner.

Qualifications: Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required and one year of experience driving a heavy-duty truck or large van or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
