Job summary

Cambria is seeking a reliable Truck Driver to deliver our products to a specified route of fabricators on time and with accuracy. You will drive, load/unload trailers, and perform warehouse duties while providing friendly, professional customer service to our partners.

This role requires a valid Class B CDL, DOT medical clearance, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. You must maintain safe driving records and be able to operate a forklift or crane if needed.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of commercial driving experience with a straight truck.
  • Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
  • Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and medical requirements.
  • Pass pre-employment substance abuse test as a safety sensitive employee.
  • Ability to operate a straight truck with high degree of attention, skill, and dexterity to prevent damage to material and equipment.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check in accordance with Cambria's standards.

  • Verify product while loading/unloading inbound/outbound trailers.
  • Adhere to all safety requirements.
  • Safely operate forklifts and cranes as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Job Description: This key position will deliver Cambria’s products to a specified route of fabricators on time and with accuracy in a friendly and professional manner. As a Truck Driver for Cambria, you are responsible for driving, loading/unloading trailers, and performing other warehouse duties while providing high level customer service to our partners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Retain knowledge of and comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Complete daily bills of lading
  • Maintain safe operation and clean appearance of truck
  • Maintain delivery, truck, and driving records
  • Report any maintenance malfunctions immediately after discovery
  • Verify product while loading/unloading inbound/outbound trailers
  • Adhere to all safety requirements
  • Safely operate forklifts and cranes as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by management

  • Speak and read English sufficiently to converse with the general public, read and understand highway signs/signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports/records
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to be forklift and crane certified
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and problem solve as needed
Travel & Physical Requirements

Travel Requirements: Familiarity with region and routes; ability to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight trips.

Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs.; push/pull up to 300 lbs.; wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria; participate in daily stretch and flex exercises; work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions; walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift; bend over multiple times throughout shift.

Compensation

Starting hourly range: $23.00-$27.00. Pay is determined by location, experience, and education.
