Job summary

Cambria is seeking a dependable Truck Driver to deliver products to a defined route of fabricators. You will load and unload trailers, perform routine warehouse tasks, and maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness while offering excellent service to our partners.

This role requires a valid Class B CDL, DOT medical clearance, and the ability to operate a straight truck with precision. Flexibility for overtime and travel is expected in this position.

Qualifications

Job description

Job Description: This key position will deliver Cambria’s products to a specified route of fabricators on time and with accuracy in a friendly and professional manner. As a Truck Driver for Cambria, not only are you responsible for driving, you will also load and unload trailers, and perform other additional warehouse duties as needed, all while providing a high level of customer service to our partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Retain knowledge of and comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Complete daily bills of lading
• Maintain safe operation and clean appearance of truck
• Maintain delivery, truck, and driving records
• Reporting any maintenance malfunctions immediately after discovery of situation
• Verify product while loading/unloading inbound/outbound trailers
• Adhere to all safety requirements
• Safely operate forklifts and cranes as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• 2 years of commercial driving experience with a straight truck
• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required
• Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and medical requirements
• Pass pre-employment substance abuse test as a safety sensitive employee
• Ability to operate a straight truck with a high degree of attention, skill, and dexterity to prevent damage to material and equipment.

• Ability to be forklift and crane certified

Additional Requirements

Travel Requirements: Familiarity with region and routes. Ability to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight trips

Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs. Push/pull up to 300 lbs. Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift Bend over multiple times throughout shift

Compensation and Benefits

Cambria's starting hourly range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education or training.
