Job summary

Jaeckle Distributors is seeking a CDL A/B delivery driver to support partnerships with accuracy and responsiveness. Home daily with optional OT, and incentive pay based on safety and operational metrics from day 1.

Routes cover Minneapolis, St. Paul, Rochester, Mankato, Eau Claire, St. Cloud, and more; training provided in Madison and Eagan to get you started.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with current DOT registration and medical certificate.
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred; will consider recent grads or military driving.
• Must pass a multi-panel drug screen and maintain DOT compliance.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past year.
• Forklift certification required (in-house training).
• Ability to operate trucks with manual or automatic transmission.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to locations in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area and surrounding regions.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards; complete required paperwork.
• Support from local team and HQ; training provided in Madison and Eagan.

We are looking for a CDL B or CDL A delivery driver to help us deliver partnership, accuracy, and responsiveness.

Position Highlights

• Home daily, no multi-day routes.
• Competitive base pay, OT available.

Requirements

• Current Class A or B CDL with up-to-date DOT registration and medical certificate / qualifications
• A least 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred but will consider recent graduates or equivalent driving experience in the military
• Must pass a multi-panel drug screen and maintain drug-free DOT compliance
• No more than (2) moving violations in the past year
• Forklift certification required (trained in house)
• Able to operate trucks with either a manual or automatic transmission
• Military experience a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks which include the lifting and moving of 50 lbs. or more and pulling/pushing product loads weighing from 250 lbs-1000 lbs. with assisted equipment.
• Mobility to frequently bend, lift, stand, and get on and off vehicles multiple times each shift.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scales.
• Proficient in safe material handling practices, experience handling stone slab products is a plus!
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to prioritize daily workload ensuring work is correct and complete.
• Superior ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent active listening skills to fully understand instructions, ask clarifying questions, and engage in effective problem-solving.
• Ability to perform basic math with high accuracy - add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Ability to work overtime as needed by the operation
