ESI Electrical Contractors, Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate to provide overall support to the warehouse, make deliveries, and assist with material orders.

You will work with a company-provided box truck to daily pick up and deliver in the local area, receive goods, and kit projects for production. Minimum qualifications include one year experience driving a box truck, ability to follow set criteria, and strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

JOB SUMMARY

This position provides overall support to the warehouse. Making deliveries and assisting with material orders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• One year experience driving a box truck

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge of banding/strapping equipment.
• Requires organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently following set criteria with supervision of site leadership

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving & inventory of goods, kitting projects, transporting goods via truck / box truck and / or forklift and shipping
• Receive deliveries and check for accuracy
• Kit projects for production
• Daily pick up / Deliver in the local area (using company provided vehicle / box truck)
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, and lifts
• Plan deliveries of equipment & material
• Clean job site as directed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
