Job summary

Chinook Lumber Inc. is seeking an experienced truck driver to deliver lumber and building materials to clients’ jobsites from Arlington, WA. A current CDL, clean driving record, and safety focus are required; local routes mean you’re home every evening.

We offer full-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, and dependable benefits. Training is available for the right candidate, with route flexibility and a strong emphasis on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• Candidates for this position are safety oriented and have current Class-A or Class-B driver's licenses with clean driving records.
• They are in good physical condition and can climb into a truck cab and onto the bed, and may lift objects.
• Must have good people skills and be service-oriented; Spanish ability is a plus.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced truck driver to deliver lumber and building materials to our clients' jobsites in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. The ideal candidate has a current CDL, lumber delivery experience, and has driven a truck-mounted forklift in the past. However, we are willing to train the right candidate. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday. Hours depend on your delivery schedule, but you can expect to be home every evening. Our drivers do not drive long distances.Routes are typically short and local.

You enjoy being on the road and have a current CDL with a clean driving record. You'repunctual, reliable, and organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage your timeeffectively to meet delivery schedules. You are very safety conscious. You are in good physical condition. You have no problem hopping on top of a truck bed or lifting heavyobjects from time to time. You are service-oriented with good people skills. You have aknack for making customers happy.
