Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking a highly organized Truck Dispatcher to coordinate truck and driver activity, manage routes, and communicate with drivers and customers.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include monitoring GPS movements, creating daily dispatch schedules, and ensuring DOT compliance while maintaining safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in customer service and dispatching preferred.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track truck movements via GPS; update systems as needed
• Build and distribute daily dispatch schedules and assign trucks accordingly
• Communicate daily with drivers and customers to ensure expectations are met
• Report issues including speeding violations, spills, breakdowns, and customer service failures
• Track driver hours, flag shortfalls, and support compliance with DOT regulations
• Forecast truck allocations weekly and communicate with the hauling group
• Ensure timely and clear communication via phone, text, email, and in-person
• Maintain all safety policies and procedures and promote a safety-first culture
• Support additional dispatch and administrative duties as needed
• Schedule: SUNDAY to WEDNESDAY
