Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. seeks a Service Advisor to drive sales and lead service centers with strong customer service and leadership skills. You will manage customer interactions, estimate repairs, promote promotions, obtain approvals, and communicate status clearly.

The role emphasizes teamwork, efficient operations, and supporting growth toward leadership responsibilities within Truck Care facilities.

Qualifications

• 6 months in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Additional screening may include a motor vehicle check and/or DOT Physical.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, address vehicle service needs, and document issues.
• Provide detailed repair cost estimates, sales promotions, obtain necessary approvals and payments.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status and provide explanations of completed work.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns.
• Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition efforts.
