Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores is seeking a Service Advisor to lead customer interactions in our Truck Care facilities. You will blend salesmanship with technical and managerial skills to guide service centers toward delivering value, meeting customer needs, and driving sales success.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, estimating repair costs, promoting promotions, and keeping clients informed about vehicle status while resolving concerns with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months in customer service or sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean safety record; pass drug screening and medical exam as per regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, address vehicle service needs, and document issues.
• Provide detailed repair cost estimates, sales promotions, obtain necessary approvals and payments.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status and provide explanations of completed work.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns.
• Maintain a safe and clean facility.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork in a fast-paced service environment.
