Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a friendly cashier to greet customers in the lobby, balance the till, and connect customers with service specialists. You will provide fast, friendly, and accurate service and work as part of a collaborative team.

No experience necessary—we will teach you! The role may involve various duties as business needs require, with opportunities for growth, tuition assistance, and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Willingness to learn and train without experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact with customers in the lobby and connect customers with service specialist to identify services needed
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customerswhile following all state and local laws
• Accurately input work order information into POS and verify accuracy of services performed and collect/close out pending invoices
• Communicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase orders
• Perform customer area & restroom maintenance such as but not limited to; detail cleaning toilets, sweeping/mopping floors, mirrors and doors, service trash cans, and wipe excess oil off counters, doors, windows
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds.Ability to work in various temperatures.
