Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Morrilton, AR is seeking friendly cashiers to provide fast, accurate service and help customers find items. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. You will balance a cash register, process transactions, and support various store tasks in a fast-paced environment.

We value flexibility, teamwork, and customer care, with potential for career development. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and operating across departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by locating items and answering questions.
• Balance cash register and process transactions while following laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety for fresh foods and deli products.
• Clean and maintain working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and trash runs.
• Cross-train in Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, or leadership roles.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and teamwork.

Job Functions

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
