Penske Truck Leasing in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Body Shop Technician to perform collision repairs on trucks and trailers using advanced diagnostic equipment and cutting-edge techniques.

Qualifications

• 6 years practical experience or equivalent education/experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Vocational/technical school preferred
• Specialized training in repair/refinish of trucks/trailers required
• Proficiency with all tools of trade including welding/paint equipment and shop machines
• Valid driver’s license required
• Basic computer skills required
• DOT/OSHA and Penske safety policy knowledge required
• Regular, predictable attendance required
• DOT drug screening and FMCSA considerations for CDL holders

Responsibilities

• Perform all levels of Truck Collision Repair and maintenance services including cab/sheet metal repair, fiberglass repair, welding/fabricating, frame straightening/alignment, suspension, box repair/replacement, HVAC, electrical, brakes, cooling, paint/mixing/tinting.
