Job summary

Penske is seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician to perform major and minor truck and trailer collision repairs using advanced diagnostic equipment and tech tools. You’ll lead repair tasks, identify parts, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 6 years practical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational/technical school preferred.
• Specialized training in repair/refinish of truck/trailer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all levels of Truck Collision Repair and maintenance services; include cab/sheet metal repair, welding, frame alignment, suspension, and paint/tinting.
• Identify parts required for repair and document on repair order.
• Maintain work area appearance and safety, and road test vehicles when necessary.
• Work with supervision and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Adhere to DOT/OSHA safety policies and Penske safety standards.
