Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Specialized training in repair/refinish of truck/trailer required.
• Proficiency with welding, paint, shop machines and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and basic computer skills required.
• DOT/OSHA safety compliance and background checks are part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Perform all levels of Truck Collision Repair and maintenance services.
• Identify parts required for repair and document on repair order.
• Maintain work area appearance and safety; road test as needed.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to Penske safety policies and DOT requirements.
