Morgan Truck Body is seeking a Production Associate for 1st shift in Riverside, CA. You will be hands-on in assembling full truck bodies, performing cutting, fabrication, and assembly tasks, and ensuring quality and safety on the line.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is required or highly preferred.
• Experience working on truck bodies is a plus.
• Construction experience is a bonus and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, work orders, specifications and safety requirements with accuracy.
• Cut wood and metal to precise specifications using saws and other equipment.
• Assemble and fasten components using bolts, screws, rivets, and other hardware.
• Safely operate pneumatic and hand tools.
• Set up equipment and perform preventive maintenance to keep production moving.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete safety and quality checks to maintain a reliable workplace.
