Job summary

Morgan Truck Body in Corsicana, TX is seeking a Production Associate (Manufacturing Assembler) to assemble full truck bodies with precision and pride. You’ll read blueprints, operate hand and power tools, and participate in setup and maintenance to keep production moving.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and on-the-job training in basic math, tape measurement, and blueprint interpretation. Growth opportunities exist as many leaders are promoted from within.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience working on truck bodies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, work orders, specifications and safety requirements with accuracy.
• Cut wood and metal to precise specifications using saws, shears, and other equipment.
• Build and fasten components using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other hardware.
• Safely operate pneumatic and hand tools.
• Set up equipment and perform preventive maintenance to keep production moving.
• Inspect finished products to identify defects and ensure quality standards.
