Morgan Truck Body in Morgantown, PA is seeking a driven Production Associate for 1st shift. You’ll hands-on assemble full truck bodies, use various tools, and follow blueprints and work orders to ensure precise builds. On-the-job training will cover basic math, measurements, and blueprint interpretation.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior work with truck bodies is preferred.
• Construction experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Decode blueprints, work orders and safety warnings to power precision.
• Cut wood and metal to exact sizes using saws and cutters.
• Assemble parts with bolts, screws, rivets and clips.
• Operate pneumatic and hand tools to maintain workflow.
• Set up machines and perform preventive maintenance.
• Inspect finished products for quality and defects.
• Conduct safety and quality checks and follow policies.
