Qualifications

• Adherence to Safety Program per company policy.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment and basic systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to join UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installations and drive results under supervision.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems; respond to basic warranty calls.
• Keep Johnson Controls, contractors, and customers informed of progress.
• Provide recommendations to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
