Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry HVAC experience or servicing mechanical systems.
• Willingness to join the United Association of Journeymen & Apprentices of the Plumbing & Pipe Fitting Industry (AFL-CIO).
• Valid driver’s license and commitment to safety.
• Strong interpersonal skills for professional customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Apprentices will be trained and will perform on HVAC mechanical equipment and controls on client sites.
• Participate in Service Technical Academy training to build skills for growth and advancement.
• Receive coaching and mentorship to troubleshoot technical issues and customer needs.
• Provide progress updates to JCI, contractors, and customers; assist with quotes and recommendations.
