Job summary

Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office is seeking a Program Manager for the Project Go (Truancy) Program within the Youth Justice Division. You will lead partnerships with schools, students, and families to identify barriers to attendance and drive strategic action plans, including evaluating school plans and coordinating with the Regional Truancy Court.

You will onboard school partners annually, deliver professional development, and ensure program fidelity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
• Experience with youth and families in urban settings is preferred.
• Ability to engage diverse groups and mediate conflicts.
• Familiarity with school partnerships, truancy policies, and community services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead trauma-informed engagement with schools, students, and families to reduce truancy.
• Develop and deliver onboarding for school personnel; review MOUs and court documentation.
• Coordinate with Regional Truancy Court and DHS TIPS staff for case management.
• Monitor and support School Attendance Improvement Plans and ensure program fidelity.
• Analyze attendance data to inform program improvement and equity initiatives.
• Prepare Family Conference Reports and Court Satisfaction surveys.
