The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office is seeking a Program Manager to lead partnerships with schools, students, and caregivers to address barriers to attendance and drive strategic action plans.

You will oversee onboarding of school partners, deliver professional development, and ensure program fidelity using trauma‑informed approaches. This role emphasizes collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders to improve youth outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 2–3 years of experience with youth and families in education, social work, or related field in urban settings.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, including group facilitation.
• Experience mediating conflicts and working with diverse groups.
• Knowledge of PA truancy law, IDEA, FERPA, and McKinney-Vento Act is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead trauma‑informed, healing‑centered engagement with schools to identify barriers to attendance.
• Develop orientation sessions for school personnel on truancy law and program policies; onboard personnel and review MOUs/court documentation.
• Coordinate orientation sessions with school personnel and represent Project Go at school events to strengthen partnerships.
• Implement targeted family outreach to reduce chronic absenteeism and improve attendance.
• Act as primary contact for students and families through meetings, calls, and correspondence; ensure timely engagement.
• Interface with Regional Truancy Court hearings as a Project Go representative and coordinate related case management.
