The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office seeks a Project Go Program Manager in the Youth Justice Division to lead partnerships with schools, students, and caregivers, identify barriers to attendance, and implement strategic action plans to reduce truancy.

You will oversee onboarding of school partners, deliver professional development, ensure program fidelity, and use trauma-informed approaches, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive project Go improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience working with youth and families in education, social work, or related field in an urban environment; non-profit/government experience a plus.
• Ability to interact with diverse groups of people and mediate conflicts.
• Knowledge of services for youth and families in Philadelphia.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to develop skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and facilitation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead trauma-informed, healing-centered engagement with school personnel, students, and families on truancy prevention and related topics.
• Develop and facilitate orientation sessions for school personnel on truancy law, policies, and best practices; manage onboarding and MOUs.
• Represent Project Go at school events and truancy meetings to strengthen partnerships and promote program visibility.
• Coordinate family outreach efforts to reduce chronic absenteeism and improve attendance.
• Serve as primary contact for students and families; coordinate with Regional Truancy Court and DHS TIPS staff.
