Job summary

The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office seeks a Project Go Program Manager in the Youth Justice Division to lead partnerships with schools, students, and families, identify barriers to attendance, and drive strategic action plans. You will evaluate attendance improvement plans and coordinate with the Regional Truancy Court when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–3 years with youth in urban settings.
• Experience mediating conflicts among diverse groups.
• Knowledge of services for youth and families in Philadelphia.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead trauma-informed engagement with school personnel, students, and families on truancy prevention.
• Develop orientation sessions on PA truancy law and program policies; onboard school personnel.
• Coordinate onboarding reviews of MOUs and Regional Truancy Court documentation.
• Represent Project Go at school events and strengthen partnerships.
• Monitor attendance data and generate family letters; coordinate court referrals.
• Support program improvement and systems-level change initiatives.
