• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems
• Stores all dishes and wares in proper areas
• Follows safe work practices in job performance
• Cleans dishes and maintains kitchen cleanliness after closing
• Performs other duties as required

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities of the Dishwasher:

• Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware
• Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler; sweeps and mops floors
• Empties kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage
• Performs daily cleaning, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Cleans and sanitizes dishes and maintains kitchen cleanliness after closing
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications for the Dishwasher:

No prior experience required; training will be provided
